Helen Carlson

VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE          Helen M. Carlson 74 died Wednesday September 07 2005.      She was the beloved wife of Richard recently deceased.  She is also preceded in death by her sisters Kate Rose Margaret and Patricia and brothers Jack Thomas and Edgar.  She is survived by her six children Linda Ferreira Mark (Paulette) Pete Carol (Dennis Proctor) Paul and Amy Harian (Bill).  She is also survived by her sister Jean Nankiville her ten grandchildren Richard Stephanie Vanessa Ryan Shannon Molly Abigail Ethan Burke and Dean her three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  She will be missed by many dear friends including her childhood friend Patty Michaels.      She was a volunteer at the St. Thomas Hospital gift shop for many years.  She was a wonderful cook and loved family gatherings.  She had a great appreciation for laughter fun music and all things Irish including poetry.        Friends may call at Hummel Funeral Home 500 E. Exchange Street Akron on Friday September 9 2005 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.  Interment in the Rose Hill Burial Park.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday September 10 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Guardian Angels Catholic Church 1686 S. Cleveland-Massillon Rd.       Memorials may be made to Guardian Angels Catholic Church and Stewarts's Caring Place.
