Grace Wiandt

Grace Theresa Wiandt, 101, passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 24, 2014. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Bill (Linda) Wiandt, Pam (Tom) Cartwright, Donna (John) Grigas, and Gene (Shirley) Wiandt; great nieces and nephews, Bryan Wiandt, Kimi Miller, Chrissy Wylie, Jim Cartwright, Jennifer Roberts and Melanie Rathburn, and 10 great, great nieces and nephews. Aunt Grace was a life long resident of Akron, working as an executive assistant at the University of Akron and St. Thomas Hospital. She was a charter member and daily communicant of St. Sebastian Church, and gave lovingly of her time and talent to her family and friends. 'When you lose someone you love the memory becomes a treasure.' Our special thanks to the loving and caring staff at The Merriman. Friends and family will be received on Monday, October 27, 2014 from 10:30 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, 476 Mull Avenue, Akron.
