VIEW MEMORIAL PHOTO TRIBUTEGlenn E. Webber 84 of Copley died June 4 2008 at Ridgewood Hospice Care Center. He was born on September 12 1923 in Youngstown and moved to the Akron area in 1962. Glenn resided at Sumner on Ridgewood in Copley. He was a 32nd. Degree Mason - Youngstown and a member of the Tadmor Shrine - Akron. Glenn was also a member of the Friends of Corvair and of the Vintage Airstream Club. He was a driver for the Tadmor Shrine Tri County Transportation unit transporting children to the Erie Shriners Orthopedic Hospital and the Cincinnati Shriners Burn Hospital. Glenn was preceded in death by his wife of 59 yrs Dorothy. He is survived by his children Paul (Janice) Webber of N. Canton Gayle (Harry) Guyton of Fairlawn and Bruce (Wendy) Webber of Hendersonville NC; grandchildren David Beabout William Christina Jonathan and Lauren Webber Clint (Jennifer) Guyton and Jennifer (Daniel) Robinson; and 6 great-grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held at 10 AM Monday June 9 2008 at Hummel Funeral Home COPLEY 3475 Copley Rd with Becki Verbridge officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday June 8 from 6-8 PM. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Tri County Transportation Unit Tadmor Shrine 3000 Krebs Dr Akron OH 44319.
