Gerald Cradlebaugh

Gerald Lee Cradlebaugh 58 of Copley went home to be with the Lord on October 15 2009. He is preceded in death by his parents Guy Marlin and Stella Mae Cradlebaugh; and beloved brother Charles Marlin Cradlebaugh. Jerry was a retired mechanic for the City of Akron after 35 years of service and was also employed by the Akron Beacon Journal as a dependable newspaper carrier. He was an active member of Wadsworth Church of the Nazarene. Jerry's life reflected a desire to help those in need with no expectation of reciprocity. Besides enjoying his service to the Lord Jerry also loved car shows and his classic Chevy Belair. Jerry is survived by his devoted wife of 15 years Virginia; sons Andrew Lee Jesse Caleb (Autumn) Fatkins and daughter Rachel Evangeline Marie; brother Leroy (Marylou); sister Stella Marie (Terry) Stringer; sister-in-law Shirley Cradlebaugh; and grandchildren Jordan Zachary Matthew Austin and Greyson. He will greatly missed by all family members too numerous to mention as well as dear friends. Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 PM on Sunday October 18 2009 at Wadsworth Church of the Nazarene 743 High Street 44281. Interment in Rose Hill Burial Park on Monday morning at 10:45 AM with Pastor Raynard Martin officiating. Friends may call at the church on Sunday from 4-6 PM.
