George Pyatt

George R. Pyatt, 75, went to be with his father in Heaven, Monday September 1, 2014. He was a 1957 graduate of Copley High School. George served in the United States Navy from 1957-1962 on the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk. He retired from Metro Health in 2009. George is survived by his wife of 53 years Barbara; children Doug (Debby), Debbie (Ray) Lester, Patrick (Sandy), Steven; grandchildren Faith, Kristina, Brendan, Samantha, Abigail, Ashley; great grandchildren Zoey and Zach; sisters Margery and Becky and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later time. Inurnment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ the Cornerstone Community Church in West Salem or Radiant Life Church in Wadsworth.
