George Kirschner

George E. Kirschner 93 returned to his Father's home 7 January 2011. He was born 14 September 1917 in Wood County West Virginia but lived most of his life in Akron. George was a devoted son and avid sports fan. He was preceded in death by his parents Ida and Fred Kirschner and brother Robert and is survived by daughter Juanita Fuhrman of Akron; nephew Robert Kirschner (Didra) of Pittsburgh; niece Norma Jean Werner (Robert) of Dayton; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and numerous great-nieces and nephews. Our gratitude and thanks to the staff at The Arbors of Fairlawn Altercare of Hartville Center and Asera Care Hospice for their loving care of George this past year. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday January 10 2011 at 11 AM at St Bernard Church with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
