Francis Kilonsky

Dr. Francis Anthony Kilonsky 82 of Tallmadge passed away peacefully on Sunday December 11 2011. He was born on September 15 1929 and grew up in Forest City PA. He attended the University of Scranton and later attended Medical School at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Francis also served his country as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Dr. Kilonsky held a private family practice in Tallmadge for the majority of his career. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years Albina and his son James. He is survived by his daughters Carol (Chip) Neale of Dublin Susan (Robert) Bruno of Stow Christie (Gary) Long and Barbara Reiheld; twin brother Anthony (Catherine) Kilonsky. Francis was a fun-loving grandfather who is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday December 14 2011 at 2 PM at Hummel Funeral Home 500 E. Exchange St. Akron. Interment in Tallmadge Cemetery.
