Evelyn Riccilli

Evelyn Ricilli (Scarpitti) 97, passed away on November 11, 2021. She was born in Akron, Ohio on May 14th, 1924 to Frank and Jennie Scarpitti. She graduated from North High School and enjoyed working at the Akron Credit Bureau until retirement. Evelyn married her beloved husband, Larry, on October 2, 1946 celebrating 68 years together.
Evelyn will be greatly missed for her kind heart, generosity, and devotion to family and friends, She was passionate about family dinners, traveling, and visits from loved ones. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Larry, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Lawrence (Josephine) Scarpitti, sister, Lena Rizzo, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Fred (Hope) Ricilli and sister-in-law, Doris Ricilli.
She is survived by nephews, Lawrence Scarpitti, Frank Rizzo Jr. and adopted nephew, Ray Zerecheck, nieces Linda Mesaros, Diane(Ted) Ricilli Janovsky, friends Rick and Nan Knotts and many other family members and friends.

A special thank you to Becky at Absolute Home Health Care for her compassion and wonderful care. A Memorial Mass will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 1905 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44223 at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 30th. "Vaya con Dios" (Go with God)
