Erin Spoonster Lockhart

On November 13, 2022, Erin Spoonster Lockhart passed away at age 55. Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, Erin attended Firestone High School and proceeded onto the University of Akron College of Arts and Sciences. She had a deep love for history, the arts, music (especially the 80's), and culinary cuisine. From this love Erin made amazing meals for her family and created a catering business that hosted small venues to personal meal delivery for cancer and Alzheimer's patients.

A life well lived is a life surrounded by the things a person loves. Erin was an avid reader with an extensive book collection that she enjoyed sharing with family and friends. When she didn't have her head buried in a book, Erin enjoyed and loved all animals, from the birds and wildlife out her window to the dogs and cats she had throughout her life.

Erin is preceded in death by her father, Joe, and mother, Eileen. She is survived by siblings Meghan, Joseph (Nicole), and Kiernen, along with nieces Jordyn, Regan, Delaney, and Isabella and nephew Coben.

A private graveside service will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery.
