Emma Fletcher

Emma Rosemary Fletcher 68 a devoted wife and mother and lifelong resident of Akron Ohio died on Sunday September 3 2006 from a long battle with cancer. Dolly attended St. Vincent Grade School and was a graduate of St. Vincent High School. She was an active member of St. Vincent Church The Altar Society and a member of The Christ Child Society. She spent most of her life as a homemaker and caring for her family while enjoying many of her interest which included bowling gardening arts and crafts part time and volunteer work. Dolly was preceded in death by her parents Emma and Herman Sideri and two sisters Grace Corothers and Louise Masturzo. She will be missed and was loved by her husband of 47 years Fred of Akron two daughters Robin and Kyle Migdal of St. Louis Missouri and Pamela and Todd Lawyer of Fairfax Virginia; grandchildren Joseph and Samuel Migdal and Graham and Madison Lawyer; sister Rita Parker; brothers Anthony Sideri Ed and Betty Jo Sideri; brother in law Charles and Joyce Fletcher. The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to all her wonderful friends who have supported her throughout her illness. Heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at Hospice of VNS for making Dolly's last days comfortable and her passing peaceful.
