Elizabeth Kiggans

Elizabeth A Kiggans 75 of Hartville passed away Saturday April 13 2013. Betty was born on December 30 1937 in Akron to the late Henry and Elizabeth Lehr. She was a graduate of Garfield High School. Betty was also employed with Metropolitan Life and Akron Fitting for over 50 years. Betty was known for having a big heart and especially enjoying time with all her grandchildren. Grandma Betty will be deeply missed by Marcus Jr. Michael Mason and McKenna. She also leaves behind her children Edward Kiggans and daughter Beth (Marcus) Mather brother Henry D. Lehr and his family as well as a host of cousins and special friends. Betty is preceded in death by her husband Edward and her parents. Per Betty's request cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Thursday April 18 2013 from 4-8 PM with a memorial service beginning at 6PM at the Hummel Funeral Home 500 E. Exchange St. Akron.
