Edward Corvington

Edward Corvington 66 of Massillon passed away at home on Monday January 28 2013 surrounded by his family. Ed was born in Akron on June 12 1946 to the late Walter and Elaine Corvington. He graduated from Hoban High School and attended The University of Akron where he earned a Bachelor's Degree and was a member of the Theta Chi Fraternity. Ed was an avid golfer and enjoyed swimming. He will be dearly missed by many. Ed was preceded in death by his daughter Sarah sister Rosemarie and his parents. He leaves behind his wife Madeline children Natalie and John brothers sisters extended family and many friends. A memorial Mass will take place on Friday February 1 2013 at 10:30AM at St. Frances De Sales Parish 4019 Manchester Rd. Akron 44319. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Akron-Canton Regional Food Bank 350 Opportunity Parkway Akron 44307 in Ed's memory.
