Donald Bartosik

Donald F. Bartosik aka 'Bart' 78 of Tallmadge passed away at home surrounded by his family on August 14 2010. He was preceded in death by his mother; his father; sisters Helen and Dorothy; brothers Stanley Eddie and Steve; son Donald; and daughter Lynette. Donald is survived by his wife Patricia; daughter Rene'; adopted daughter Nancy; sister Martha; brother Joseph; and many nieces nephews and friends. He served in the Army during the Korean War. Donald was a graduate of Gannon University and taught English to immigrants. He served Communion to the sick and also delivered Meals on Wheels for 5 years. Donald retired from the state of Pennsylvania as a Corporate Auditor in 1997. A Memorial Mass will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday August 18 2010 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church 2401 West 38th. St Erie PA 16506. Donald's family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM at Bruegger Funeral Home 1595 West 38th. St Erie PA.
