Dolores Mack

Dolores S. Mack age 100 passed away August 5 2013 at Pleasant View Health Care Center. She was born on November 2 1912 in Akron to the late Leonard and Elizabeth Gill . Dolores was retired from the Seiberling Rubber Company with over 30 years of service. She was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Church in Norton where she was a member of the Altar Guild. Dolores also sang in the choir at St. Augustine Church in Barberton. Preceded in death by her husband Camillus Mack; siblings Leo Gill Marie Junkin Emma Boss Evelyn Davis Cirella Martine James Gill Walter Gill Florence Wolcott and Eileen Arnold; she is survived by her daughters Lucille Mack Sister Jean Mack Sisters of St. Joseph of the Third Order of St. Francis and Gerry (Tom) Shuber; grandchildren Tim (Cheryl) Shuber Mary (Joe) Parker and Ann (Mike) Ballard; great grandchildren Ben Rosemary (TK) Alex Katie Abby Jake Heidi Aaron Haley and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at Pleasant View Health Care Center for all of their loving care and support. Calling hours will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the Hummel Funeral Home Copley Chapel (3475 Copley Rd.). Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Friday at St. Andrew the Apostle Church in Norton followed by interment in Holy Cross Cemetery.
