Dianne Kalail

Dianne Kalail 65 of Akron died June 7 2004. Dianne was a lifetime member of St. Joseph's Melkite Catholic Church a member of the church council choir director and other church offices. Dianne retired from Copley Township as Township Coordinator in March 2004. She is a graduate of Our Lady of the Elms The University of Akron (1961) and she also attended Ursuline College. Dianne was preceded in death by her father Kareem Salem and brothers Gene and Charles Salem. She is survived by her mother Sophie Salem; daughters Jaylene (Jim) Piteo Independence OH Stacey (Ed) Richter Omaha NE; twin sister Donna (Earl) Hatfield of Lincoln NE; grandchildren Michael C. Lapidakis Cole E. Richter Sophie M. Piteo Lauren D. Richter and Sarah C. Piteo. Funeral Liturgy will be Friday June 11 2004 10:00 at St. Joseph Melkite Catholic Church 600 West Exchange Street. Interment in the Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at Hummel Funeral Home 500 E. Exchange St. on Thursday from 4-8 with a wake service at 7:30 PM. Memorials may be made to St. Joseph's Church.
