Diane Easterling

Diane P. Easterling (nee Kovach), age 65, passed away on December 16, 2015. She was born on March 10, 1950 in Akron to the late Joseph and Rose Kovach of Copley, Ohio. Diane was a 1968 graduate of Copley High School and then attended the University of Akron and Kent State University, where she was active in the Player's Theatric Group. She was a very talented singer, dancer and actress. Diane was active in the Christ Reformed Hungarian Church in Copley. Preceded in death by her husband, James Easterling and her beloved dog, Rinnie; she is survived by her siblings, Joseph C. (Donna) Kovach and Julie (Ron) Karam; nieces and nephews, Ron (Susan) Karam and Ryan (Robert Bailey) Karam and Kimberly (Brett) Barta, Joseph E. (Paula) Kovach and Kristin (John) Lorson; 13 great nieces and nephews; and 3 great great nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staffs of Copley Health Center and Hospice of Visiting Nurse for all of their care. Private graveside services will take place.
