David Kristan

David Alan Kristan, 63, died August 7th. He was a lifelong resident of Goodyear Heights and graduated from East High School. Preceded in death by his parents, Julia and George he is survived by his sisters, Karen Cross of Akron and Judy (Peter) Dyrud of Plymouth, Minnesota; and brother, Michael of Fairlawn. Also surviving are his two special nieces, Lori Cross and Marie (Chris) Walker who he helped in their early years and was always there for Lori until the end. David is also survived by nieces, Sarah (Daniel) Presteng, Leah (Jake) Parsley, Hannah (Jon) Langness and Rebekah Dyrud and nephew, Paul (Abby) Dyrud. In addition, he leaves two great nieces and six great nephews along with many other family members. David was also preceded in death by numerous pets over the years being a true animal lover.
