Daniel Zeno

Daniel P. Zeno, 88, passed away Tuesday September 18, 2018. Dan graduated from Toronto High School in Toronto, Ohio and Kent State University. He was a veteran of the Army Airborne serving during the Korean War. He was finance director for the City of Akron prior to joining Ohio Edison Company. He retired from Ohio Edison as vice president of governmental affairs. He served on Edison Electric Institute and Ohio Electric Utility Institute committees and the Bath Township Water and Sewer District Board. The Zeno's were avid theatergoers, staunch supporters of Weathervane and frequent travelers to the Shaw Festival. Dan is survived by his beloved wife June M. Zeno and niece Patty (Dave) Marciniak. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, October 9, 2018, 9:45 am at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd., Rittman, Ohio.
