Dallas Flesher

Dallas Flesher 84 of Norton passed away peacefully March 11 2010. He was an avid boater loved family gatherings and being the life of the party. He graduated from Buchtel High in 1943 married the love of his life Marjorie Spangler and served in the Navy. He owned Flesher Sand & Gravel retiring in 1991. He was a member of Akron Yacht Club and American Legion. Preceded in death by his parents Harold and Opal his son Jimmy and brother Richard. Survived by his wife of 66 years Marjorie sisters Doris Zinkovich Ruth Flesher children Sandi (Bill) Birch Karen (Jerry) Hayes Cindy (Larry) Nelson Shari (Joe) Krunich grandchildren James Jr (Susie) Fisher Jeff (Veronika) Fisher Rachel Hayes Shawn Krunich Cari (Matt) Tennant Cristin (Andrew) Stout Emilee (Chris) Reed 8 great grandchildren 18 special step-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday March 18 2010 11:00 AM at Hummel Funeral Home COPLEY 3475 Copley RD. Interment in Greenlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Becki Bowan-Verbridge officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday March 17 from 6-8 PM. Memorial donations may be made to Copley United Methodist Church.
