Carole May (Lowry) Marino Carole May Marino 79 of Akron passed away on Jan. 16 2014. Carole was affectionately known as May May to all who loved her. She was a wonderful wife and mother and will be missed tremendously. Carole gave birth to 6 children but she had many more who called her 'mom' as well. Carole always had a smile and a witty remark. Her love for life and sense of humor were contagious and will be missed. Cheers to you May May on the next part of your journey! Carole is survived by children Larry (Teri) Leslie (Tim) Smith Lon (Dawn) Lee (Danielle) Lindsie (Todd) Shannon and Lenny Marino; grandchildren Nikki (Joe) Kelly (Tony) Michael Nicole (Ryan) Natalie Brittany Haleigh Leah Alex Reese Mia Rae Ann Zachary and Kara; great-grandchildren Jackson Anderson Bryson Kendall Alana Janelle and Harrison; brother Michael (Teresa) Lowry and many family and friends. She was preceded in death by husband Al Marino and brother Harry Lowry. Friends may call at Hummel Funeral Home 500 E. Exchange St. on Sunday Jan. 19 2014 from 1 to 4 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church 1761-2nd St. Cuyahoga Falls Monday Jan. 20 2014 at 10:00 a.m. A private family interment will take place in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
