We are celebrating the life of Bonnie L. MenMuir of Broadview Hts., born May 30, 1946 and passing on October 30, 2024.
Beloved wife of Paul, proud mother to daughter Cheryl and son Daniel with his wife Kristin.
She is also survived by grandson Carter, sister Carol of Willoughby, and many extended family members living in the Mid-West.
Bonnie grew up in Garfield Hts, graduated from John Adams High School and Kent State University with a degree in Education. She taught mathematics at Warrensville High School and Parma City Schools. Taking time out to start a family, she resumed working as an engineering technician with Ohio Edison in Akron and Van Dorn Demag of Strongsville.
A strong woman of faith, Bonnie was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Stow and the United Church of Christ in Bath where she taught in their Sunday school programs and most recently attended and served at the Cuyahoga Valley Church in Broadview Hts.
Her faith was revered by all who knew her impacting each person she met till the very end as she endured MS. She persevered challenges, finding ways to continue to live life and touch people in her day-to-day life.
She was loved by all who crossed her path. Her smile made others smile. Her faith gave others faith.
An intimate service with visitation following will be held at Hummel funeral home located at 3475 Copley Rd. Copley, OH 44321 on Saturday November 9th at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers family requests a donation be made to the National MS Society.
