Betty Murray

Betty Jo Murray passed away peacefully on August 3rd, 2024. She was born on June 10th, 1942 in Livingston, Tennessee to Palo and Ruby Dennis.

Betty was a loving wife, devoted mother, and cherished grandmother.

She is survived by her husband John W. Murray, sons; John W. Murray, Jr. and Bobby Murray (Christina McCreary), grandchildren, Megan Engleman, Baylie McCreary, Caleb McCreary.

Betty Is preceded in death by her parents Palo and Ruby Dennis, brother James (Roy) Dennis, sister Billie McGovern.

Visitation will be held on Sunday August 11th, 2024 at 1:00pm followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00 at the Hummel Funeral Home located at 500 E. Exchange St. Akron, Ohio 44304.
