Augustine Mayer, age 88, passed away on May 12, 2015. He was born on January 1, 1927 in Greentown, Pennsylvania to the late Louis and Catherine (Rouch) Mayer. Preceded in death by his siblings, Marie, Stanley, John, Albert, Louis, Thomas and Anthony; he is survived by his brother, Rudy Mayer and sister-in-law, Helen Mayer. Funeral service will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Wayside Farm Nursing Home (4557 Quick Rd. Peninsula, Ohio), where friends may call from 9:00 am until service time.
