Andrew Beskitt

Andrew S. Beskitt, passed into the loving arms of our Heavenly Father on January 24, 2014. He was born in Akron on July 8, 1964 to Andrew and Eileen Beskitt. He attended Springfield Schools and Ohio University. He was an avid fisherman and a man who loved his work. In more than 20 years with CBS Sports, he traveled across the U.S. and to the Olympics in France and Japan. He was a good storyteller, relating many interesting incidents of places and people. He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, Dan and Anna Beskitt, Steve and Theresa Hershberger, aunts and uncles on both sides of the family. Left in sadness are his mother, Eileen, special lady, Lora, aunt Betty Hershberger and her sons, Michael and David and his family. Also surviving are John Hershberger and family in Delaware, Eva Muhl and all the Muhl family and many Beskitt relatives. Cremation has taken place.
