Amelia Horn

Amelia Horn 98 of Akron died May 27 2009 at Akron General Medical Center. Amelia was born on September 4 1910 in Buffalo NY. Amelia was preceded in death by her husband Harold R. Horn; brother Edward Nawrocki; sister Clara Nawrocki and daughter-in-law Barbara Horn. She is survived by her beloved children Ellery Horn Cynthia Horn and Christine (Tom) O'Keefe; grandchilren Eric Horn Michael Scott Horn and Kristen (Phil) Ballentine as well as her longtime caregiver and friend Ruth Burge. The family also wishes to thank Betty Sobieski for her years of caregiving. Cremation has taken place. A private Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of VNS or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
