Alex Reidelbach

January 29, 1929 — February 2, 2012

Alex C. Reidelbach 83 originally of Rochester NY passed away on Thursday February 2 2012 in Copley OH after a brave battle with cancer. He is survived by his daughter Ruth (Ed) Simpson and grandsons Andy (Maggie) and Alex Simpson. Alex is also survived by his sisters Norma Coleman and Elaine Costello nieces Therese Mary Katherine Margaret Julianne and Clare and many grand nephews and nieces all of whom gave him much love and support. Alex was preceded in death by his wife Doris Eiseman Reidelbach. Alex had many fine friends at Chambrel with whom he played cards and participated in the 'Not Ready for Anytime Players.' He was a Korean War veteran and a proud member of the Rayson Miller American Legion Post 899. He was retired from Star Markets and had also worked for Lubin Distributors and ERA First Team Realty. Alex was long time resident of Pittsford and attended St. Louis Church. The family gratefully acknowledges the superb care and support from the staff of Chambrel in Montrose especially those of Heatherwood Hall and the assistance of Hospice of V.N.S. on Ridgewood Rd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Louis Church 64 S. Main St. Pittsford NY 14534. Burial in White Haven memorial Park to follow. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
