Albert Chaoui

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Albert Chaoui, a loving father, husband, and grandfather, on February 13, 2025, at the age of 91. Born in Egypt, Albert's remarkable journey took him from Lebanon to the United States in 1985, where he continued to spread love, service, and compassion to all those around him.

Albert was affectionately known as "The Vitamin Man". His passion for helping others was evident in every aspect of his life, and his legacy of kindness and service will be cherished by all who knew him.

He leaves behind a loving family, including his devoted wife of 61+ years, Nelly. Together, they built a beautiful family that stands as his greatest legacy. Albert was the beloved father of Alain, married to Nahed, and proud grandfather of Mark and Michael; Christine Fishman, married to Aaron, and cherished grandfather of Hope, Nicholas, and Jaime; and Gilbert, married to Karen, and adored grandfather of Carson and Elle.

Albert's deep faith instilled strong morals and love in his family and everyone he encountered. While his presence will be dearly missed, his spirit will continue to guide us. As we celebrate his life, we take comfort in knowing that the heavens are ringing with celebration.

Family and friends will gather to remember and celebrate his life with a visitation at Our Lady of the Cedars at 507 S. Cleveland Massillon Rd. Fairlawn, OH 44333 on Tuesday Feb. 18 at 10AM with a service at 11AM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Knights of Columbus Counsel #10936.
