VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Mary Jane King 98 of Akron died July 24 2006. Mary was born on July 6 1908 in Frugality PA. Mary lived her entire life in the Akron area. She worked at Polsky's as an office assistant. Mary was a life-long member of St. Peter and St Matthew Churches. Mary was preceded in death by her parents Barbara and Adam Snyder; husband Peter; son James and son-in-law Kenneth Heitzenrater. She is survived by her children Donald (Sandra) King of Akron Gerri Heitzenrater of Akron Richard (Sandra) King of Anchorage Alaska and daugher-in-law Darlene King of Naples FL.; 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. The family wishes to thank Linda Cougar of Visiting Angels and special caregiver Susan Murray. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday July 28 2006 11 AM at St. Matthew Church 2603 Benton Street. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at Hummel Funeral Home 500 E. Exchange Street Akron on Thursday July 27 from 4-7 PM. Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.
