Kevin Wallace

Kevin James Wallace, age 56, passed away on July 16, 2018. He was born on September 1, 1961 in Akron, Ohio to Robert and Harriet Wallace. He is survived by his sons, Tyler Wallace, Clay Wallace, and Andrew Borelli; his former wife, Nicki Esposito; his mother, Harriet; siblings, Geoff (Manny), Tim (Lori), Deb Anzelc (Mark), and Rob. He was also a loving Uncle to Madison Anzelc, Chase Salenger, Grant Wallace, Remi Salenger, Kasen Anzelc, Alec Wallace, Brooke Wallace, and Timmy Wallace. Kevin attended St. Vincent St. Mary High School and graduated in Finance from Miami University (Ohio). Kevin was a successful business owner and imparted a memorable charm onto everyone he encountered. He was an amazing father, provider, role model, coach, mentor and friend. He will be greatly missed by many. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Foundation for Alcoholism Research (FAR). Family and friends will be received at Hummel Funeral Home, 500 E Exchange St., Akron, OH 44304 on Friday, July 20, 2018 from 4-8 pm. Burial service will take place at Northlawn Memorial Gardens, 4724 State Rd., Peninsula, OH 44264 on Saturday, July 21 from 10:00-10:30 am with a reception to follow at Papa Joe's Restaurant, 1561 Akron Peninsula Rd., Akron, OH 44313.
